    I bought my Disney world tickets before Genie was introduced and they included fast passes. Will these be honoured? Thanks

    In answer to your great enquiry about the current availability of FastPass+.  I'm able to share that the option for Guests to access FastPass+ selections has now been placed in the Disney vault, and is no longer provided as a complimentary element within the Disney Theme Park Tickets offered at Walt Disney World Resort.

    Katy, I must say that I simply can't wait to experience the complimentary Disney Genie service when I next visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort!  This all-new service sounds incredible as it literally plans a Guest's whole Disney day for them as Disney Genie calculates anticipated Attraction wait times, prepares a highly personalised itinerary, and even provides a customised tip board to gain the most out of your Disney day. 

    Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort will never have had a friend like this before as Disney Genie truly will be your practically perfect in every way guide to your best day ever at the most magical place on earth!

    There are 2 further paid options that Guests may choose to add to their Disney Theme Park Ticket within the Disney Genie service - Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane Selections, and the more a la carte, Individual Lightning Lanes Selections.
