    I bought Disney world park tickets. I’ve got an invoice, but I don’t see the tickets in my Disney experience. I do see the hotel reservation at the Dolphin hotel. What should I do?

    Hi, Esther!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  

    You're just two months away from your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  There are so many new and exciting things happening at the Walt Disney World Resort this year.  I'm sure you'll agree that now more than ever, it's a great time to visit!

    I would be happy to walk you through the process of linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  I like to use the My Disney Experience mobile app to link my tickets.  When you open the home screen of your My Disney Experience mobile app, you will see a menu icon in the bottom, right corner of the screen.  It looks like three lines.  Click on that icon, then click on "Tickets and Passes."  You will see a plus sign at the top, right of the Tickets and Passes screen.  Click on the plus sign, then click on "Link Tickets & Passes."  From there, you will be able to enter the ticket ID code from your invoice or if you have a bar code, you may simply scan that to link your ticket.

    Once your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be prompted to assign it to a guest.  You will need to assign a ticket to each member of your travel party, and be sure to enter their names as they appear in your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List and your hotel reservation to keep everything consistent.  If you have any problems getting your tickets linked, feel free to call the My Disney Experience Help Center Line to speak with a Cast Member.

    Once your hotel reservation and your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be ready to make your FastPass+ selections.  As a guest of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, you have the benefit of making your FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to your arrival.
