    I bought Disney tickets about 12 years ago and have not been able to use them. I am planning a trip this year. How can I use these tickets?

    I am impressed that you have Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets still in hand from 12 years ago. That would mean that you have some special magic on the horizon! 

    That ticket will be honored as long as your ticket is unexpired (meaning that there are still unexpired days remaining). I recommend calling (407) 939-1289 if you have questions about your specific theme park ticket, or you can visit a Walt Disney World theme park ticket window once you arrive. If the ticket is valid, you can link the ticket to your My Disney Experience account. To link your theme park ticket via the website, select “tickets” and log into your account. Once you arrive on the page, you will enter your Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID, select “Next,” “assign the ticket,” and “Confirm.”
