Hi Debra! Welcome to planDisney! I’m thrilled to help you with your first question. I'm sure you have beautiful memories at Disney World, and I can't wait for you to create new ones with your husband.
There is no way for us to know if your ticket is still valid, Debra. But I do have some information and a few tips to share with you. Most tickets nowadays have an expiration date after the first day of use or based on the ticket purchase date. The first thing to do is review the details on your ticket or the email received after your purchase to determine if this applies to your ticket. If you are still unsure, or want to double-check, the best idea is
to call or chat with a Disney World Cast Member through their website or via the
My Disney Experience app. If you want to chat online, I personally find that the app is the best way to go, but either way, they will be able to retrieve all the details for your ticket and provide you with more information on how many days are left, if any, and until when you can use it.
Please keep in mind that
all tickets and ticket options are nontransferable and nonrefundable. This means your husband will likely need to purchase a new ticket to join you on the adventure you’re planning. However,
special offers are always available so that you can check online for great deals, including offers for stays at Disney Resort hotels. I highly recommend this option due to its numerous benefits, such as transportation to the theme parks, Extra Magic Hours, and even c
omplimentary water park admission on the check-in day.
I really hope this information helps, Debra. I can’t wait to see you and your family strolling around Main Street, U.S.A., soon and enjoying everything that makes Disney World so magical. If you have any other questions,
please don't hesitate to come back and ask. It's always a pleasure to help out our fantastic friends like you!
Cheers,
Nilson
