It sounds like you have already tried
linking your theme park tickets and it wasn't successful. If you received your tickets on a ticket card, you can try using the My Disney Experience mobile app to link your tickets via QR code, which I have found to be easier than typing in 12-digit ticket IDs. I also recommend that you double-check your account to see if your tickets were linked when you purchased them. You can do that by visiting the
Tickets section of your My Disney Experience account. This will allow you to see all of your theme park tickets and the tickets belonging to the members of your
Friends & Family List. If you are still struggling with your tickets, I recommend that you
call the My Disney Experience experts so they can help you get your tickets linked.
