Hi there Jacob! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney!
Let's see if we can sort through your ticket questions and get you on the way to you the Happiest Place on Earth! It sounds like you are seeing your tickets within your account on the
Disneyland Mobile App but not within the "Memberships and Passes" section under
My Disneyland on the website. My first step would be to make sure you are logged in to both the app and the site using the same email address and password. If you are and are still not seeing them, I would give our Cast Member friends in
Guest Services a call. You can reach the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222 or for help with Tickets dial (714) 781-4636.
When it comes to making
theme park reservations, there are a few things I can think of that may help us clear the way. First, I would check the expiration date of your ticket to make sure it's still valid. Since you just bought it last year, I would think you should be all set here but let's give it a peek just in case. Within the app, if you navigate to "Tickets and Passes", you should see it just below the barcode.
Good to go? Then the next step would be to consider if you are holding single-day or multi-day tickets. Multi-day tickets can be used on any day, but if you have single-day tickets, they are sold on a
tiered pricing structure depending on the day and time of year. You may be trying to make a reservation for a day that is not covered by your current ticket. To find out which tier your tickets fall under, you can take a look at the original email confirmation from when you purchased the ticket or it should be visible if you are looking at your ticket in the app. If you aren't able to track it down,
Guest Services would be able to help you out here as well. They would also be able to provide you with options for upgrading to a different tier if that's necessary.
There is also a possibility that theme park reservations are not yet available or currently booked for the date that you are considering. Reservations can be made up to 120 in advance and are subject to availability. If you are within 120 days and don't see availability, don't lose hope! Guests are constantly changing their plans and reservations can (and often do!) open up! I just canceled a reservation this morning for late February. I always recommend continuing to check the
reservation calendar with a little patience and maybe throw in some faith, trust and pixie dust!
Since you last visited, the app has received a boost of cosmic power from the one and only Genie! Before heading into the parks, I would recommend checking out the new
Disney Genie Service. The Genie will take all of your interests and must-dos and send you a complimentary itinerary on the day of your visit AND make live updates and suggestions as you enjoy the parks. You will also have the option to upgrade to Genie+ which will land you in some time-saving Lightning Lanes!
Jacob, I hope this was helpful! If you have any other questions, please come see us again real soon here at planDisney.
Magic awaits!
Tara
