Hello, Teresa!
Welcome to planDisney! I am thrilled to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next month. This is a perfect time of year to visit. You can still celebrate the
50th Anniversary with all the new experiences that have been created just for the celebration. Be sure to check out
Disney’s Enchantment. The Magic Kingdom’s new nighttime spectacular with a magnificent fireworks display combined with character projections on Cinderella Castle and the buildings of Main Street U.S.A set to an amazing new theme song and soundtrack. You can also enjoy
EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival too. The world famous Disney topiaries are in full bloom all over EPCOT. You can enjoy the sites, while sampling the delicious entrees from the outdoor kitchens located all over EPCOT.
I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your tickets in My Disney Experience. I would suggest that you try again using a computer or laptop instead of the mobile app. Sometimes Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope wander off into parts of the internet they should not be exploring. Begin by signing into your My Disney Experience account online and click on the
My Plans tab. Hover over the
Park Tickets button and click on the
Link Tickets. Enter your order number in the space provided and click next. Follow the prompts to assign tickets to members of your travel party and then confirm your assignment. You should be able to see all your tickets in the
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section of your dashboard. Click on the
Tickets & Memory Maker tab to confirm.
Once your tickets are linked, you will want to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations as soon as possible. All Guests need a valid admission ticket and park pass reservation for admittance. To make your reservations, hover over the
Park Reservations button and click on
Make a Reservation. You can check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure the parks you want to visit have availability. When you are ready to make your reservation, select all the members of your party who will be visiting a theme park that day. Select the date and the park you would like to visit and then confirm your selection. You will receive an email confirmation of your choice. You will need to repeat this process for each day that you have a valid theme park ticket. If your tickets have the
Park Hopper Option, you only need to reserve your first park of the day.
If you are not able to successfully link your tickets you will need to contact a Cast Member for assistance on the
Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639.
If you need anything else before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
