I bought Disney tickets online for a trip in two weeks. The debit card I used was saved on my iPhone. I don’t have this card with me, I have it on Apple Pay and have my statements and mobile account. Will I be able to get my tickets?

Hi Bjorn, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’re here.

You must be so excited for your trip in just two weeks! Purchasing Park Tickets really makes me feel like my Disney trip is so very close!

When you purchased your Disney Park Tickets online, you were given the option to choose your delivery method. The default choice is e-mail, but you also had the option to choose delivery via mail.

If you received your tickets via mail, they would be in the form of a Disney Ticket “card” which can be used to enter the Theme Parks directly. This card also contains the information needed to link the ticket into your My Disney Experience account in order to make FastPass+ selections, and also to link the Park Tickets to any active Magic Band you may have on your account!  If you successfully link your Park Tickets to your Magic Bands, you will be able to use them to enter the Parks directly, and bypass Ticket cards and Guest Services altogether!

If you opted for e-mail delivery, you would have received an e-mail confirmation with a barcode. You would print this e-mail and take it with you to a Will Call or Guest Services window at any of the Theme Parks, along with a valid photo ID and the card originally used to make the purchase. This can also be done at your Hotel Concierge if staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. If you have received an e-mail confirmation, go ahead and give Guest Services a call to discuss your individual situation prior to your departure. I am sure they will be able to reassure you or make a plan so that you may pick up your tickets without a delay.

Bjorn, I hope you find this information helpful in making your final plans for your Walt Disney World vacation! Please do not hesitate to come back to see us if we can be of any help to you in the future!

    See ya real soon!
