    Hi, I bought my Disney tickets a couple of days ago and I'm trying to link them to My Disney Experience but when I get to the third step after assigning the tickets to a person the screen just goes blue and nothing happens.

    Welcome to planDisney! I am sorry to hear that you are having some trouble linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, sounds like Stitch is involved. 

    First, I suggest that you sign out of your My Disney Experience account, close your internet browser, and sign in again. In my experience, sometimes our internet browser just needs a refresh (like us on a vacation). If this does not work, feel free to connect with the Walt Disney Travel Company. They should be able to dig a little deeper and work some magic to get your Theme Park tickets linked in My Disney Experience.
