tickets are non-refundable, but you have a long runway to use them. For instance, a single-day ticket purchased in 2022 will not expire until end of 2023. To confirm the exact expiration date of your ticket, you can
contact Ticket Services.
Once you are ready to make a new reservation, you can
log in to the Disneyland account you used to purchase the ticket. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and click on the “Make Park Reservations” button. Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance so as soon as you know the date you’d like to go, it’s best to make the reservation quickly.
