    Hi!! I bought disney parks tickets through the webpage . I want to get fastpasses. The problem is that they ask for an ID number i don't have . I just have a confirmation number. but I have already paid for the tickets and I really want to get the fast

    Hi, Mariana! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. If you were logged in to your My Disney Experience account when you purchased your theme park tickets, they should automagically be linked. If you do not see them in your account, just click the Link Tickets button in the Tickets & Passes section of My Disney Experience and enter your Ticket Order Number or Confirmation Number from your confirmation email. Just enter that information and you will be all set! I can understand you may not want to contact Disney Parks Guest Services by phone while in Buenos Aires. If you do have any issues along the way, you can reach a wonderful Cast Member by email who can assist you.
