    I bought a Disney Animal Kingdom pass to be used on January 4 unfortunately I contacted Covid and was not able to use the ticket. Can I apply that ticket to another park at another time?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question, we are so happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!

    I'm sorry your plans had to change, but do not worry, our pal Mickey has got you covered.  The value of the ticket you purchased is able to be applied to the purchase of a new ticket.  You can even do this within the My Disney Experience Mobile App!  In order to do this, log into your app and select "Tickets and Passes".  From there, select "Change Ticket" to select the new ticket you desire.  If the price of the new ticket exceeds that of the previous ticket, you will only need to pay the difference.  Also, good news!  As of December 8, 2022, whenever you purchase a one-day ticket for a specific date and theme park, the park pass reservation is automatically made for you.  

    I see that you are in Florida, and I have to admit I am a wee bit jealous of you right now making plans to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom soon.  I have a few friends who live in Florida and they often enjoy taking advantage of the offers exclusively for Florida Residents.  I think my life goal is to retire in Florida so I can pop over whenever I need to refill my Pixie Dust supply.
