    I bought the discounted 3 day tickets for Canadian residents, and I never got the chanced to use them. Any way I can get a refund for them?

    I’m so sorry you haven’t been able to use your Canada Resident Ticket yet – I understand how frustrating this must be. However, I have some good news for you! Since you purchased a promotional Canada Resident Ticket and haven’t used it yet, the expiration date will be extended through December 16, 2021, and the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first. Hopefully this will give you the time you need to travel safely to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you have any additional ticket questions, you are welcome to call (714) 781-4636, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

    As you know, the Disneyland Resort theme parks and hotels are temporarily closed, as we await guidance from local health and government officials. In the meantime, I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, which is the best spot for breaking Disney Parks news.
