I bought a digital download for a picture and the gentleman that sold me that charged me around $18 and gave me a card, now I try to use the card to download the picture and has a huge water mark and I can’t download it, how is this supposed to work?

Hi there, Luis, and welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you just returned from a magical Walt Disney World adventure! Looking through pictures and reliving vacation memories always helps cure my post-Disney blues.

To purchase a digital download of a Disney PhotoPass® image, you generally need to click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the My Disney Experience Mobile App to bring up the welcome screen and then select "Photos" to view and purchase your pictures and remove the watermarks. If you were given a card from a Disney PhotoPass® photographer, click "Link Photos" in the top right corner of the Photos section and input the code from the card. If you're having trouble or still seeing a watermark, give the friendly folks at Disney PhotoPass® a call at (407) 560-4300. They are incredible and have helped me locate missing pictures in the past.

I hope this is helpful, Luis, and that you had a wonderful vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth. When you're ready to start putting together your next trip, be sure to reach out to us for planning tips and advice. We're all EARS!

    Thanks for stopping by,
    Betsy
