Hi! I have bought a 3 days-ticket and got an "magical extra" with that: a 50 USD gift card. Where can I now find this gift card an how can I use it? Thanks a lot for your answer!

Hi there Sascha and welcome to planDisney!

I hope that you're getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit coming up very soon! Now for many of our international visitors, there may be special additional perks or Magical Extras that you can receive when booking your vacation package and I wish I knew where you purchased your package from so that I could give you a more specific answer here! I asked a reservations Cast Member for additional insight and if your booking was eligible for a Disney Gift Card which may have been included as an added bonus during a promotion or package deal, here are a few Princely pointers that could help you out:

    • Sometimes, a Disney Gift Card may be provided to you digitally online so it may be a great idea to check your inbox in case you missed it. Your best bet is to check with the source that you purchased from directly and be sure to read the specifics of any offers or promotions that you may have taken advantage of.
I hope that this was a bit helpful to you Sascha, now while we can't see any specifics about your bookings here at planDisney you should definitely reach out to contact the Cast Members that can so that they could access your account to look into it further for you. In the meantime, be sure to come back here for any more advice, tips or tricks about the things that you can experience here at Walt Disney Resort and keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and get excited as you make your way over to Florida!

Here's to your upcoming August Adventure!
