Hello, Melanie, welcome to planDisney we thank you for your question!
Melanie, you seem like an experienced
Walt Disney World Resort planner and steps ahead with your planning, but sometimes computer glitches do happen, therefore if you could kindly ensure your desktop and My Disney Experience app have been updated we can begin there. As well, please refer to the
Walt Disney World Resort recommended browsers for an efficient experience.
When updates and the like are sorted out, Melanie, we can try to link the theme park tickets, using the long ticket ID numbers/confirmation numbers through your Disney account online, or using your My Disney Experience mobile app.
Using your computer, access My Disney Experience on the right side of your
Disney account and please click on
My Plans. From there click on
Theme Park Tickets where you will see the options to either
Modify or
Link a Ticket. Click on
Link a Ticket right on through to confirmation. You should be prompted to select a
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation at this point.
On
My Disney Experience mobile app on the
Home Page click on the three stacked lines on the bottom right to open your
Welcome Melanie page. Select
Tickets and Passes and from there you will be able to scan the barcode for each ticket or enter the long ticket ID number manually if you like. Melanie, from this point, kindly proceed to make your
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations as this is the system in place at this time for visiting Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
You will be arriving during the delightful
Walt Disney World Resort Spring Events to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I hope you pop over to
Bambi’s Butterfly House – World Nature near Imagination! And, nearby, don’t miss out on
The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board® – Rosewalk near Imagination!
I hope this information is helpful, Melanie and I wish you a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
