Hello, I bought 8 days Disney world passes before covid. They are unused. Is there some way to swap them for Disneyland tickets?

Hello, and welcome to planDisney, Estelle!

How very excited you must be about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort as many Guests delight in the springtime tradition of the Eggstravaganza, check back with the official Disney Parks Blog for Ways to Spring into the Season at the Disney Parks during your visit! Spring is such a beautiful time to enjoy the stunning display of the pink Tabebuia trees in full bloom along with many magical Disney experiences!

Estelle, with all the unprecedented circumstances we all felt as if we were in, Alice’s spinning teacups! At this time, Guests are unable to exchange theme park admissions between destinations, therefore you may be able to use the value of your unused, existing Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets toward the value of new tickets for Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Kindly refer to Walt Disney World Resort's - Know Before You Go at the bottom for details on unused, expired theme park admission for greater detail, and I encourage you to contact Walt Disney World Resort - Existing Tickets for any further questions and resolution.

Estelle, if you decide to visit the Disneyland Resort, you may wish to consider a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package that includes your Resort Hotel and theme park admission, or you can continue with your purchase of stand-alone tickets. As soon as your plans and/or tickets are in place, please sign into your Disney account to link your reservations and/or tickets to proceed with your theme park planning, especially with Theme Park Reservations, as they are required at this time. To link your tickets, look for the ticket ID and then access your My Disneyland planning on the top right of the main website page. Once your tickets and any other plans are stored in your Disney account, they can also be accessed on the Disneyland app which comes in very handy during your visit in managing your plans for the day.

    Tip:

When speaking with the Cast Member, ask about adding the theme park ticket option called the Disney Genie+ Service. This service will save you time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance, plus, you’ll enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day.

Estelle, I hope this information serves you well, please stop by planDisney for tips on how to best optimize your visit, it would be our greatest pleasure to help you further.

    Best Disney Wishes!
    Jacqueline
