Hi there, Kaylie! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like your trip to The Happiest Place on Earth is just days away! Though you're only visiting for the day, there is so much fun to be had on a day trip. I like to make the most of my One Day Ticket by making sure to stay long enough to enjoy one of the fabulous Nighttime Spectaculars. After all, what's the rush? Currently,
Fantasmic!,
World of Color,
Disneyland Forever Fireworks and
Main Street Electrical Parade are all dazzling Guests of the Disneyland Resort. To see which shows are available during your stay, check out the
Daily Events Schedule!
Kaylie, usually when Guests receive the error message that their ticket has reached its reservation limit, it is because they already have park reservations. This happens often with a One Day Ticket. If you purchased your ticket via the
Disneyland Resort Website, you were required to choose a specific ticket date and starting park before checking out. The date and park you chose serve as your park reservation once checkout is complete.
To confirm that you have a
theme park reservation attached to your current ticket, hover over the "My Disneyland" icon on the Disneyland Resort Website home page. From the drop-down menu, select "Tickets and Reservation Details." This pages houses all of your active
theme park tickets and park reservations, including dates and starting parks. You'll be able to confirm that you've already reserved the park of your choice.
If for any reason your ticket is not showing an active theme park reservation, you may want to reach out to a Cast Member at the
Ticket Services Line. They are quite magical when it comes to sorting through these little disturbances and their wands are always at the ready to help!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
