Hello, I bought 3 1-Day Tier 2 Ticket with Admission to 1 Park. It says, additional park reservation is required. On the Website, it says „unable to make a theme park redervation“. „This pass has reached reservation Limit. How can I do the reservation? Thx

Hi Miriam! Welcome to planDisney! I can see that you are just three short days away from the magic at the Happiest Place on Earth. You must be SO excited! I will send this answer with a little extra pixie dust in the hopes that it gets to you in time!

There are two reasons you may be receiving this message. There is a very good chance that you already made a theme park reservation during the ticket purchase process! I'm crossing my fingers and throwing a little pixie dust in the air that this is the case. If you purchased a ticket this year, you are prompted to make a reservation before checking out. Let's take a look. When you log into your Disneyland account on the website, navigate to the "My Disneyland" tab in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar. From the drop-down menu, select "Tickets and Reservation Details". Scroll until you see "View My Park Reservations" and tap into this link. If you scroll down on the next page, you should see any and all park reservations linked to your account. I'm hoping they are there for you and you are all set!

The other reason you may be getting this message is that there are currently no reservations available for that day. I double-checked your Tier 2 ticket eligibility, and you should be good to go for April 26th. While reservations are subject to availability, they can be canceled and rescheduled. The good news here is that Guests are always changing their plans and reservations can (and often do!) open up! You can keep checking the theme park reservation calendar, especially in the next few days to see if anything opens up. Just grab on to that faith, trust, and patience, and I"ll be thinking happy thoughts for you!

If you do find yourself in the parks in a few days, there is so much to enjoy! Definitely check out the planDisney Podcast ahead of your trip. We just released Episode 2 and it's ALL about tips and tricks specifically for the Disneyland Resort, including information about those nighttime spectaculars that just debuted this week!

Miriam, I hope this was helpful in your planning! If you have any more questions, feel free to come see us again here at planDisney

    Magic awaits!
