Hi Gregory! Welcome to planDisney!
Taking a look at your question, it sounds like the purchase did not go through, but I would have expected the tickets to still be in your cart if that was the case. Let's look in a few places to be sure before buying a new set!
Typically, you would immediately receive an email with your ticket confirmation and a link to your E-tickets. It sounds like that hasn't quite made its way to you. My best advice here is to check all folders including junk and spam and also search your inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation". Still can't find anything? OK! Let's move on to step two.
If you haven't already, go ahead and download the
Disneyland Mobile App and log in with the same information you used to purchase the tickets. Once you open the app, navigate to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets & Passes". Your tickets should show up here if they have been purchased and confirmed. You can swipe left to see additional tickets if you have more than one. Anything in here? No? Ok, let's get to my last suggestion.
Gregory, let's give the wonderful
Cast Members in Guest Services a ring before you purchase any more tickets. They will be able to look into your account on the back end and double-check if the purchase has gone through. Likewise, you could call your credit card company directly and ask them to check your account as well.
I hope this helped find those tickets, Gregory! Once you make it to the parks, be sure to check the
Entertainment Schedule ahead of time to plan out which nighttime spectaculars you want to catch. I also can't wait to see "
Tale of the Lion King" at the Fantasyland Theatre! Newly returned to the parks, the show is definitely bringing some beautiful music, color, and storytelling to this quiet corner of Fantasyland!
