However, if I were in your shoes then the first thing I think I would try is to visit the
My Plans page on the Disneyland Resort website. When I have purchased
theme park tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, it automatically links those purchased tickets and any associated
theme park reservations with my account since I have to log in with myDisney account for the purchase.
Therefore, the My Plans hub usually shows any upcoming trips and/or tickets and is a really convenient place to make or manage all the different kinds of reservations available for a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. If you're looking to make or change details about theme park reservations, dining reservations, hotel reservations, or enchanting extras then the My Plans hub is usually where I start.
If you're still having trouble seeing your tickets associated with your account then I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get some additional guidance. They will be able to see the specifics and help you determine what might be causing the issue.
