Welcome to planDisney, Dave!
Oh, bother! I'm sorry you accidentally made a mistake when ordering those tickets. It's totally understandable! As soon as I put the kids down for bed each night, I'm like a zombie. If I ever have to do work late at night, I can guarantee mistakes.
You'll be glad to know that it's possible to change the names on
Disneyland tickets. Hakuna Matata! You'll just need to call the
Tickets services phone line and a friendly Cast Member can wave their magic wand and help you out. However, for most theme park tickets, it's actually fine if the name on the ticket doesn't match the person actually using the ticket. The main thing is for the person who first uses the ticket to remain the same throughout your visit. A Cast Member will take a photo of each person when they first use their ticket to make sure nobody else's uses it.
Since you'll be visiting for the Christmas season, make sure you make those theme park reservations as soon as possible. There will be so much
Holiday magic to experience and enjoy. If you're headed to Disney California Adventure Park, check out the
Disney Festival of Holidays and watch
World of Color - Season of Light. If you plan on going to Disneyland Park, get a good spot to watch the
Christmas Fantasy Parade before watching
"Believe...In Holiday Magic" Fireworks Spectacular.
Have a wonderful time, Dave. Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Mike
