I bought my 3 day ticket from the ticket booth on 2/14/19. I lost the ticket at the park. Is there anyway to replace the ticket if i have the receipt and my ID? And the card I used?

Thanks for coming by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Manal!

I'm so sorry to hear about your lost ticket. Our family too has lost an item or two during the rush and excitement of a visit to the Disneyland Resort. So I understand the disappointment felt when realizing something has turned up missing. I'm grateful to the friendly Cast Members at the Lost and Found and at the ticket booths for their patience and helpfulness.

It does sound like you are in a pretty good position to possibly recover your lost ticket. With your receipt, original form of payment, and identification card, the Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort main entrance ticket booths will have a higher likelihood of looking up information about your purchase and hopefully providing a reprint of the missing ticket. Note that if your ticket happens to be the current SoCal Resident Ticket, your identification should also include your eligible Southern California or Northern Baja California address. The only things that would possibly make it even easier to find your ticket would be if you have a photograph of the ticket or if you have your ticket scanned into the Disneyland app.

I hope you are able to recover your ticket. I'm sending pixie dust your way, Manal!
