I bought a day ticket on Sunday but I want to add park hopper to it. The problem is is that it won’t load onto my disneyland app so I can make the change. It has been 4 days since I purchased the ticket and it still will not show up.

Hey there Dylan,

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! How exciting that you have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up in just a few days!

If you purchased your theme park ticket through the Disneyland Resort website, then you should have received an email confirmation (you can search "Disneyland Confirmation") and you should also be able to see it on the My Plans hub.

If you're not able to find it in either of those places then I would recommend reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line who can help you look it up.

Once the ticket is linked to your Disney account then you should be able to confirm your theme park reservation for your planned visit day. You can do this through the My Plans hub I referenced above or in the Future Plans section of the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

You'll be visiting in the midst of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, and the Disney Parks Blog recently posted an excellent Foodie Guide that outlines all the delicious options! I like to bookmark these articles on my phone and then use them when I'm in the parks to track down all the things I want to try.
