Hi Ana Flavia,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
First, confirm that the Park you want is available via the
Theme Park Reservation calendar. Sometimes, that might be the issue, there’s no availability. If you check out the calendar for that specific date and the Park is available, let’s move on to the next step!
Whether you’re making the
Disney Park Pass reservation from your
My Disney Experience mobile app or
My Disney Experience account, I suggest fully signing out. If you’re on the app, make sure that your app is up to date. Next, sign back in and try making that Park reservation again.
If you’re going to the Parks on consecutive days, make sure to choose the following day for the Park you’re selecting. If you’re making reservations for multiple people, try doing it one by one. Remember, once you successfully get your Park reservation, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If you’re still having trouble, I suggest calling the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desk to see if they can confirm what might be happening in your account. When you call have the specific day and Park that you’re attempting to reserve ready for the Cast Member.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” helps get you closer to getting that reservation booked. If you have any other planning or vacation questions before your trip,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
