I bought a 3 day ticket and had emergency and did not use the last day. How do I go about being able to use the 3rd day when the date has expired? Pay a difference?

    Hiya, Adela!

Thank you for sending this Disneyland Resort question to us hEAR at planDisney!

Oh dear! I'm so sorry to hEAR that your last Disney day was dashed due to an emergency! I do hope everything is okay now. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your My Disneyland Account, but generally, all park admissions on a multi-day Theme Park Admission Ticket must be used within 13 days from the first day of use. Certain limited-time promotional tickets have other stated expiration dates, like the 3-Day California Resident Promotional Ticket that expired a few weeks ago stipulated that the three days must be used by mid-September. Sadly, theme park admission tickets that have unused Disney days after either the standard 13 days or an expressed expiration date are no longer valid; any unused days are not eligible to be reinstated or refunded.

I'm so sorry that this wasn't the answer you were sEARching for, Adela, but I do hope that you had a great time and made some amazing memories during the days that you were able to play at The Happiest Place on Earth! Be sure to follow the official Disneyland Resort and Disney Parks Instagram accounts to keep an ultimate ear to the ground for the next time really great promotional tickets are announced.
