Hi, Shannon! Welcome to planDisney - and welcome to the
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family! It looks like you've already had a chance to take your new Annual Pass out for a spin. I hope you had tons of fun exploring the theme parks!
Typically, your Annual Pass will expire one year from the date of activation. The best way to verify the expiration date on your particular Annual Pass is to check your My Disney Experience account. Just fire up the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen, then on the "Tickets and Passes" tile on the next page. That will show you all of the tickets and Annual Passes associated with your account as a shaded box with the name of the Guest who owns that ticket or pass. The expiration date for each one will be right at the bottom of that box. You can also click on the calendar to see the blockout dates for your Annual Pass, which will be a big help when planning your visits!
Shannon, if you're having trouble locating your Annual Pass or the date doesn't look right, head over to the
Annual Passholder Program page on the Walt Disney World website and scroll down to the bottom to see contact info for V.I.PASSHOLDER Support. A Cast Member will be happy to help you make sure you get every single magical day from your Annual Pass.
It's such a great time to be a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, isn't it? I'm really looking forward to all the amazing things coming as part of the
50th Anniversary Celebration!
Thanks so much for stopping by, Shannon! I wish you a year full of faith, trust, and pixie dust as an Annual Passholder!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
