I bought a 2 day ticket in august for my brother. We went the first day in august but unfortunately for the second day in September he can’t make it however my other brother would like to go. What can I do in this situation? We also can’t change our dates.

    Hi there, Catalina!

Welcome, and thanks for asking planDisney your Disneyland Resort question. I hope you and your brother made many pixie-dusted memories during your visit to the theme parks in August!

I’m so sorry to hear your brother is unable to join you for your next theme park visit. Unfortunately, all Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-transferable, so each ticket must be used by the same person on all days. A photo of the Guest using a multi-day ticket is taken by a Cast Member upon first entry to a theme park so they can be identified for re-entry, so your brother who used the ticket that first day has his photo tied to the ticket digitally. Also, most tickets expire 13 days after they are first used to enter a theme park, so that ticket may actually no longer be valid. You may want to double check the terms and conditions of the ticket before you plan another visit.

I hope this answers your question, Catalina, and that you have a wonderful day exploring the parks soon! Please come back with any other questions you can think of as your trip to the Disneyland Resort approaches.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
