Cassaundra from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We bought the 3 of the 3 day SoCal park hopper in Jan 2020. We were only able to use two of the three days before shut down, but in my Disney app only one of the three tickets is still linked to the app.

Welcome to planDisney, Cassaundra! Thanks so much for stopping by to visit us with your question about using your theme park tickets at the Disneyland Resort. It’s my pleasure to help you!

The SoCal Resident Ticket offer is a great value for California residents. You will be able to use that extra day on your tickets and I’m happy to report that your ticket expiration date has been extended and is now valid through December 16, 2021. It’s also important to note, SoCal Resident tickets are now subject to the following block-out days: July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021.

Cassaundra, check through your email for your eTicket information when you made the purchase last year and see if you can link those tickets to your Disneyland  App again. If that doesn’t help, or you can’t find your tickets or your confirmation email, reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be happy to help you.

It’s important to note, when you do get ready to use that last day of your tickets, all guests are now required to make a theme park reservation in order to visit the theme parks. You can do so via your Disneyland App or following the instructions on this web page. You will be ready to enjoy your magical visit after just a few quick clicks!

I hope I’ve been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. For more advice from the planDisney family, take a look at our favorite Disneyland Resort tips. We love sharing our advice with you!

    Have a magical visit!
