We bought the 4 day pass that must be used at each park before the COVID shut down. Now we are trying to go over the thanksgiving break, but one of the parks is not available for the whole rest of the year! And we can’t seem to book the same park twice.

I'm so glad to hEAR that you're planning to return to a world of magic at Walt Disney World Resort! While our vacations now might look a bit different from what we're used to, there is still so much fun to be had and so many memories to be made. I'm sorry that you're running into some trouble with finalizing your re-scheduled plans, but I would be happy to help you get everything sorted out.

To visit the Walt Disney World theme parks, Disney Park Pass reservations are currently required along with valid theme park admission. If the park that you wish to visit is unavailable on your desired date, keep checking the availability calendar. Guests change their plans all the time, so you never know when additional Disney Park Pass availability may pop up. If you still don't have any luck with booking that reservation, I recommend calling the Help Center phone number for existing tickets. A Cast Member should be able to sort out your options for you quicker than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
