Hello, Nick,
I’m so sorry to hear your daughter was unwell. I sincerely pray that she has been able to recover and feel all better.
The
expiration policy for multi-day Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets is that they must be used before the expiration date stated at the time of purchase or within 13 days after the first day of use, whichever comes first. (Hint: for tickets purchased on the Disneyland Resort website or in the
Disneyland mobile app, the expiration date is indicated in your purchase confirmation email.)
If you have recently used only a portion of the number of days of your multi-day tickets, the good news is that you may still have a few days left to visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page and rebook park reservations for your tickets’ remaining days before they expire. You may also want to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure that the days you are available to go (I REALLY hope your daughter is well enough already) still have reservations for you to book. Even if reservations are depleted on a day you could visit the theme parks again, I recommend that you keep checking the calendar. Other Guests may have to change their plans like you did. So their canceled reservations may become available to you.
Tony’s Tip: If you are looking for additional opportunities to visit the Disneyland Resort on a budget and you live in California ZIP codes 90000-93599 or Northern Baja California postal codes 2100-22999, you might be interested in the
recently-announced special
ticket offer just for Southern California Residents. With this
special ticket offer, you can enjoy three weekday visits to the Disneyland Resort between January 9, 2023, and May 23, 2023.
Thanks for your question, Nick. I’m really sorry your original plans didn’t work out. But I’m wishing on a star that your dreams to make full use of your current theme park tickets come true!
Take care!
~Tony
