Hey there, hi there, ho there, Patricia.
You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question today.
Gawrsh, I’m sorry to hear you won’t be able to proceed with your vacation to The Happiest Place on Earth as planned. I can imagine the disappointment you must be feeling. Thankfully, there is a bit of a silver lining since it sounds like you have a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort planned for next year in its place.
Unfortunately, since Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you won’t be able to get a refund or use these tickets towards the purchase of tickets for Walt Disney World Resort. The good news is you can save your tickets and apply the amount you paid for them towards the purchase of future
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (tickets must be wholly unused and the new ticket price must be equal to or greater than the amount you paid for your original ticket). I know that’s not what you were hoping to hear, but look on the bright side … This just means you’ll have to plan a future trip to the Disneyland Resort after all!
Patricia, be sure to tune in to the
planDisney Podcast for planning tips and advice for both of your magical trips. If you think of any other questions along the way, be sure to stop by again and let us know.
You are the magic,
Alyssa
