Hello Carly,
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I'm so happy you've taken the time to stop by with such a great question about your upcoming holiday to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
Carly, your question really has made me put on my thinking Mickey Ears! You see, at present Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom can only select from either
7 or 14-day Magic Ticket options from the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company.
Plus, beginning earlier last month, UK Guests no longer have the option to pre-purchase
Disney Genie+ ahead of our arrival at the most magical place on earth.
Carly, it's super important to ensure your Disney Theme Park Tickets are successfully linked to your
My Disney Experience account as this will enable you to go ahead and make
Disney Park Pass reservations for your intended days at
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
As you've indicated your jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the river bend on July 24th, I highly encourage you to check out the up-to-the-magical-minute
current availability for Disney Park Pass reservations for the Disney Theme Parks via this handy link. So, with all this information in mind, I have a couple of suggestions for you in a bid to successfully link your already purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account ahead of your soon arrival at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
- It's fairly straightforward to link Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account by following these instructions -
- Log in to
My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
- Head to
My Plans within the drop-down menu
- Hover over
Park Tickets and select
Link Tickets - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter
Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)
Hopefully with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should now have your Disney Theme Park Tickets successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account.
However, if you are still finding things a little tricky, my top recommendation would be for you to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account. Cast Members will be best placed to offer the most expedited way to link your tickets before your imminent arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.
To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number for
Technical and Website Support contained within this
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.Carly, I sincerely hope that I've fully understood your question. If this is not the case, then please don't hesitate to
write back to me here at planDisney with any follow-up enquiries.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
