    I bought a 3 day pass the day before the park closure for Covid. I asked different cast members about it a few times, and I never got an exact answer. I don’t want 3 days worth, I just want to put the $200 towards one day. Is that still an option?

    Hey there, Jadyn! Thanks for popping in to planDisney with your question. 

    You should be able to apply the value of an unused ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket. There are no refunds, so the new ticket would have to be of equal or higher value. My suggestion is to contact Ticket Services so they can help you apply the value of your unused ticket to purchase a new one. 

    You can make theme park reservations at the time you purchase your new ticket, or if you don’t know when you’ll visit, you can hold on to the ticket in your Disneyland account and make a reservation once you’re ready. Just be sure to search for your desired date(s) well in advance, as park reservations can fill up quickly, especially with summer coming.
