I bought a 2 day pass but only accidentally made reservations for one day and now the other days are sold out! Am I not able to go on the second day to another park? Help!

    Hi Talia! Welcome to planDisney.

It appears your arrival at The World's Most Magical Celebration is only a couple of days away. Since the reopening of the theme parks, Walt Disney World Resort has required both a valid Theme Park Ticket and Disney Park Pass Reservations to ensure a safe and enjoyable park day for all. I have definitely answered many questions pertaining to this system, but your situation is unique. You will need to decide which scenario will serve you better. Let's talk about what you need to consider.

First, all planDisney panelists are everyday Disney enthusiasts here to give our tips and opinions, so while I cannot fix your issue, I will offer up some suggestions. I encourage you to refresh the availability calendar to check for changes as people change their plans. I do want you to know, that while your theme park ticket is nontransferable and nonrefundable, you can change your start date up to midnight eastern time the day before your start date without penalty. Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom three lines. Select "Tickets and Passes," locate your ticket, and click on "Change Ticket." Choose a new start date and submit payment if there is a difference in choice. Please immediately return to the Disney Parks Reservation page to secure your new date.

If you cannot secure a second theme park visit and choose to visit on your scheduled reservation, you may very well end up with an expired unused day on your two-day theme park ticket. You should know that the value of an expired ticket may be used in the future towards a new Theme Park Ticket.

So what should you do on the second day if you cannot get a theme park reservation? If you are like me a lover of everything involving water, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park does not require reservations. Most of my non-theme park days are centered around Disney Springs enjoying free entertainment, award-winning dining, and unique shopping. Stop by Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' for a moonshine cocktail and Church Lady Deviled Eggs.

I am Wishing Upon a Star and sending virtual Pixie Dust everything works out for you! I promise the magic will be waiting for you to enjoy!

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
