Hello there, Leticia! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us a great question to us!
I know so many are excited that there is a
California Resident Ticket Offer currently and it looks like you took advantage of this great offer. I am not sure which offer you purchased and what day you are hoping to visit that you have found is currently blocked, which makes this a little difficult. The California Resident Ticket Offer has both a weekday option and one that includes both weekdays and weekends. These may have a different calendar of available dates versus a standard ticket.
If there is a slash through the date that means reservations are currently full, but there is a chance that some could open up before you want to go. I have had a lot of success getting a last-minute reservation for a previously full reservation date by checking the day or night before. If the date is blank this would mean your ticket is not valid for that day and in this case, you would need to upgrade to a different ticket if visiting that date is important to you.
To change your reservation date, head to the Disneyland website, hover on "My Disneyland" and select "
Ticket and Reservation Details". On the page that opens, click on the blue box that says "Make or Modify Park Reservations". This will bring you to a page that will show you all of your current reservations for the tickets linked to your account. This is where you can modify your reservation dates.
Leticia, I hope this information helps you out. If you have further specific ticket questions or need to upgrade, I suggest reaching out to
Ticket Services. I hope you can get the date you are set on. See you real soon!
Carrie
