Heigh ho, Bryana! Welcome to planDisney! Your spring visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just a few days away, so we better get hopping!
If the Easter Bunny left a shiny new
Theme Park ticket in your basket, you have a couple of ways you can use it.
Your 1-Day ticket is valid for a specific date but not for a specific Park, so you can enter any of
Walt Disney World's four Theme Parks with it. Just keep in mind that while your ticket is valid for any Park, you do need to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation ahead of time for the Park you plan to visit. For example, if you want to check out EPCOT this Sunday, April 4, you'll need both your valid ticket
and a reservation for EPCOT for that day.
Let's say you've already made your Disney Park Pass reservation for one Park, but then change your mind and decide you want to go to a different one. You can absolutely do that! You'd need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one for the other Theme Park, so be sure to check the
Availability Calendar first, in case your alternate Park is all booked up. Another possibility if you'd like to visit a different Theme Park is to add the
Park Hopper Option to your ticket and head over to the other Park after 2 p.m., as long as it hasn't reached capacity. My friend and fellow planDisney panelist Tabitha has
a great explanation of how the Park Hopper Option works with Disney Park Pass!
Bryana, I hope this helps you make the most of your Disney day! Please come see us again if you have any more questions, and have an "egg-cellent" Easter!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
