Hi Lisa, welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry that your plans in 2020 fell through due to COVID. My family and I also had our Disney vacations canceled that year, but luckily, we were able to visit the
Disneyland Resort this year, and it was fantastic! The Disneyland Resort has many new offerings such as the all-new
Avengers Campus at
Disney California Adventure Park.
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure is the new popular attraction there and it is SO FUN! And the new dining location,
Pym Test Kitchen is so unique and a MUST VISIT! I love desserts and the Choco-Smash CANDY Bar there is sooooo good!
But back to your main question, I have GREAT NEWS for you! Per Disney's
eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort
Theme Park Tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new Theme Park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket.
Just visit any of the amazing Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth, and they can help you out! Another option is to call the
Disneyland Resort Tickets line at 714-781-4636 and the Cast Members should be able to take care of you! Just a heads up, once you have your new tickets, you'll be able to make
theme park reservations up to 120 days in advance.

See ya real soon!
