I bought a 5 day park pass but underneath my pass it states “includes 2 extra days” but then it won’t let me book those. How do I reserve my spot at park? Please let me Know.

    Bright Suns, Cara!

I’m so happy to see that the Force has to lead you to us at planDisney, welcome. Now please trust in the Jedi Masters that have come before you as we prepare to help answer any questions you may have.

My sister booked a vacation package back in April that offered a similar deal. She too had a 5-day ticket, but in reality, she paid for 3- days and the additional 2-days (that made the ticket a 5-day one) we the free days. Originally, we too understood the ticket as a 5-day plus 2 days but after reaching out to the Jedi Temple, they were able to clarify the details for us.

Without knowing the specifics of your existing tickets, I do recommend giving the Walt Disney World Resort a call. A Jedi Master, or Cast Member, will be able to double-check your ticket and answer any specific questions you have about it.

I hope this helps, Cara! Have a fantastic visit and please don’t hesitate when it comes to joining The Resistance.

May the Force be with you!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
