We bought a 3 day park pass and Genie passes with our Disneyland resort package, however we can't find where our tickets are to link for the days we want to go? Please let us know where they would be?

Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Lee!

How positively magical it will be spending the Holidays at Disneyland Resort and ringing in the new year merry and bright to set the tone for your entire year, congratulations!

Lee, it sounds as if you have booked a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package which is, in my opinion, the best way to visit enjoying many Disneyland Resort Hotel Guest benefits - what a meticulous planner you are! Your vacation package includes your accommodations, theme park admission and Magical Extras voucher. The way to manage your planning is to link this vacation package to your Disney account by using the reservation confirmation number and entering this detail in the My Hotel Reservations section in the My Disneyland planning on the top right of your Disney account.

Once you have linked your Disneyland Resort Vacation Package to your Disney account you will have enabled the electronic delivery of your Travel ePackage to your Disney account 4-days before your arrival. As well, by linking your vacation details, you will be able to secure your advance Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible. I would take care of this detail now as you will be visiting during a bustling time of year.

Lee, your Travel ePackage will contain your itinerary, theme park admission, and Magical Extras voucher which you will be able to download and print out for use during your visit, or you can easily access your Travel ePackage from your mobile device using the Disneyland App. Open the app and select the Feature Menu on the bottom right of the screen to reach your Welcome Lee page. Select My Hotel Reservations and then please tap View Travel ePackage. Kindly select the Get eTickets button to view your eTickets which you should be able to use to enter a Disneyland Resort theme park. I always have printed copies in the event my phone battery drains.

Since the Disney Genie+ service option was purchased with your theme park tickets you will see that entitlement when you open the Disneyland App and then manage your planning accordingly. Plus, you will enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos including Magic Shots from the day. You can link your Disney PhotoPass photos beneath the Photos link on the app, simply select Link Photos from the top right corner.

    Tips:
It's a good idea to take a photo of the Disney PhotoPass Code to access it quickly and easily throughout your day. And, since everyone in your travel party is on your vacation package, and if you plan on splitting up at points throughout your day, everyone can save their tickets to their Disneyland App. Since the Disney Genie+ service is linked to their tickets, everyone will be able to access the Disney PhotoPass entitlement and capture their special photos.

Lee, I hope you find this information helpful, it was my great pleasure assisting you today. Please feel free to stop by planDisney for more first-hand tips and advice, we are here for you!

    Best Disney Wishes!
    Jacqueline
