    Hello, I bought a 3 day park pass and would like to add 2 more days to make it a 5 day. How do I add the 2 days to my pass? Thank you

    Hi, Kristi! 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting you've decided to extend your theme park days with us at Walt Disney World® Resort - you'll be glad you did! Upgrading your ticket is easy! In fact, I've had to do this a few times myself, so I am happy to help answer your question today. 

    When wanting to increase the days you've already purchased on your ticket media, you have a couple of options in getting it done:

    • You can take care of it prior to your arrival by calling Disney directly at (407) 939-7523, this is the number for guests with existing tickets. Just follow the voice prompts to get routed appropriately. 

    • If staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort Hotel, you have the option of upgrading your tickets at the Concierge Desk in your resort's lobby. Just make sure you make the necessary changes before the last day of use on your current tickets. 

    • Another option is to purchase the upgrade at a Theme Park Ticket Window, or Guest Relations Lobby. 

    My recommendation is to take care of ticket changes prior to your arrival. I have both called to take care of it in advance, and once decided to take care of it after arrival; I then wished I had taken care of it beforehand with the time we spent at the ticket window.
