    I bought 2 -2Day Park hoppers yesterday..I can't make it family emergency can I get a refund

    Disneyland Resort theme park tickets purchased to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are nonrefundable. Some bright news to share, though, is that you can typically apply the amount you paid for tickets towards the purchase of new tickets for a future visit. When you can, you might want to reach out to the Disneyland Resort ticket services team at (714) 781-4636 to explore your options. The ticketing team can also give you guidance on any expiration date details for your tickets. 

    Alison, I'm hopeful that you will get to enjoy the Disneyland Resort theme parks real soon.
