Well hey there, Samantha. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for dropping by to share your question with us. Don't you just love it when you reach into your pocket and find a dollar or an old note left by someone? Or perhaps you've known all along that you've had these magical tickets. Either way, I'm delighted to help see what your options are.
When purchasing a theme park ticket at the Disneyland site today, the
terms and conditions tell us that wholly unused and expired tickets (excluding special event tickets) can be applied toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket. This can be done as long as the new ticket purchase price is greater than or equal to the price paid for the original ticket.
It's been a few years since your tickets have expired so I'm not quite sure if this policy still applies. I recommend reaching out to friendly Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line for help with your specific tickets.
It's an especially wonderful time of the year to visit with the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort in full swing. The resort is decked out in all of its holiday glory. If you really want to get in the spirit of things, I recommend taking a cruise on "it's a small world" Holiday. The lights on the outside of the attraction are just so beautiful. I always like to take some time to slow down and take everything in too. Simply walking down Main Street, U.S.A. to admire all of the
decorations and perhaps even dance in the snow is something I always look forward to.
Well, Samantha, I'm sorry I didn't have an answer for you here, but I hope the information I shared is helpful in taking that next step. Let us know if there's anything else that you are curious about. I hope everything works out and you are able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth soon!
