Hey Daniel!
Welcome to
planDisney!
Thank you for bringing your question here to us today, we’re happy to help! It sounds like you purchased a
3-Day Park Hopper Ticket, used one of the days to enter the theme parks and 13 days from that first use day have passed. As you mentioned, all visits must be used within 13 days of the first visit. In order to get a credit for a ticket to be used for a new ticket, the ticket in question must be both wholly unused and expired. In your case, it looks as though you may have already used one of the days so there may not be much that can be done. Because here at planDisney we don’t have access to the systems that Cast Members do, your best bet is to call
Ticket Services and see if there is any Pixie Dust they may be able to provide you with. They will be able to take a look at your account and see what your exact options are.
Once you get your ticket situation sorted out, come back and see us for any questions you may have for your next visit. With the
Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort right around the corner, you may want to know a little more about Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Wondrous Journeys, World of Color-ONE, or “Magic Happens” Parade. If you want to see the special food options for this centennial celebration, check out the Disney Eats: Foodie Guide for all the details.
Well Daniel, fingers crossed and wishing you the best of luck with your tickets!
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
