Hi Oscar,
Thank you for taking the time to send your question to planDisney, we are always happy to help! I am glad to hear you were able to use one of the days on your Theme Park Ticket prior to the temporary closure of
Disneyland Resort, hopefully you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth shortly!
Since you have an existing Theme Park Ticket, you are in luck. As of today, April 12, 2021 all you need to do is sign in to your
Disney Account and link your Theme Park Ticket in order to access the new
Theme Park Reservation System. Here is what you need to know in order to get all set up:
- Sign in to your Disney Account or create a new account if you don't already have one. You will need to link your Theme Park Tickets to your account if they aren't already there. You will also be able to see the expiration date for your Theme Park Tickets once they are linked.
- Next create your party. At this point, add all of the guests that will be traveling with you when you visit Disneyland Resort in order to make Theme Park Reservations for everyone. To do this, you will have to add each Theme Park Ticket to your account and input each guest's information. Please remember that in line with current state guidelines, each party cannot include more that 3 separate households.
- Select the day and Theme Park you would like to visit. If you plan on visiting multiple days, you will need to repeat this step for each day you would like to visit.
- For the last step, review and confirm your reservation, which includes filling out a Covid-19 liability waiver. Once complete you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code that you will need to bring with you along with your valid Theme Park Ticket to the Theme Parks for entry.
I hope this information is helpful, Oscar. Please come back to
planDisney and let us know if you have any other questions prior to your visit to Disneyland Resort. We are always happy to assist in any way we are able.
