We bought 10 day no-expiration tickets a few years ago, and they still have 6 days left on them. Can we transfer these tickets to the new Magic Bands? If so, then can that be done in advance or not until we arrive in WDW?

Hi Amy, Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question! I think that the best way to figure out whether your remaining Theme Park Tickets can be linked to your MagicBands would be to link these tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If you’re able to link them, then those tickets should be available for use on your MagicBands. There seem to be a lot of different types of sample tickets that can be linked, so I’d be surprised if you wouldn’t be able to link yours! If that doesn’t work, you can either try contacting the Walt Disney World Resort prior to your arrival, or, you can visit Guest Relations before you enter your first Theme Park in order to try to link them then. Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

I think that the best way to figure out whether your remaining Theme Park Tickets can be linked to your MagicBands would be to link these tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If you’re able to link them, then those tickets should be available for use on your MagicBands. There seem to be a lot of different types of sample tickets that can be linked, so I’d be surprised if you wouldn’t be able to link yours!
