    I bought 1 day mem.maker on line/in app before we arrived.I have my receipt on email, but I don’t see it in my Disney exp. app.I did see where it said to link and I tried that and it says it’s already linked but does not show. How do I designate my 1 day

     Tracy, it looks like you're already enjoying a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. How wonderful! It's the very best kind if you ask me.

     I just love having Memory Maker for my family's Disney vacations. With this Disney PhotoPass product, everyone can get in on the shot - mom included! It's such a great way to capture the pixie-dusted adventures we experience in the theme parks. 

     When you log in to your My Disney Experience mobile app to view your Disney PhotoPass photos, you should have the option to activate your Memory Maker for that day's photos. Once activated, you can download your photos! If you don't see the option to activate your Memory Maker, not to fret. You're in the perfect place for help! There's a conveniently located Disney PhotoPass Center in each of the four theme parks and Disney Springs. If you stop by one of these locations, a Cast Member will gladly assist you!

     Before the end of each of our Disney vacations, I always buy a Disney-themed frame to display one of our Memory Maker photos at home. It's the perfect souvenir! For other souvenir suggestions, check out the Panel Extras page on the planDisney website.
