Hi there, Carlahicenia. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.
I’m delighted to see you have a multi-day ticket! Spending several days at the Disneyland Resort theme parks allow you to leisurely enjoy your time, instead of rushing from one land to another. If you’re unable to keep your original theme park reservation, you can definitely switch to another day that better suits you. If you have a regular, non-promotional multi-day ticket, you will have to complete your visits 13 days from the first day you use your ticket. If you have the promotional California Resident offer, you have until September 30, 2021 to complete your visits.
When you’re ready to change your reservation, take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to be sure the new date and park you wish to visit are available for booking. I recommend making theme park reservations with your new travel dates as soon as you can to secure your spots!
To switch your visit dates, you’ll actually first cancel your current park reservations, then make a new one. To cancel your theme park reservation on
Disneyland.com, begin by signing into your Disney account. Locate “My Disneyland” on the right. Hover your cursor over it and click on “
Ticket and Reservation Details”. Scroll down and click “View My Park Reservations >”. Click on “Cancel Reservation” and follow the prompts to select the reservation you need to cancel.
You can then make a new park reservation using the same process you did when you purchased your ticket. You’ll select your new date and theme park of your choice. Once everything is confirmed, you will receive a new email with a unique QR code for your new park reservation.
I hope this is helpful for you. If you have additional trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
