bought 6 5 day hopper Military Salute exchange certificates in 2020 was told i can use them until sep of 2021. but how am i supposed to reserve a spot for tickets if these aren't really tickets? i already took leave to go to the park in April

    Hey there, Jorge!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, I’ll be happy to help get your tickets linked so that you can make your park reservations. I would first like to begin with a huge thank you, from my military family to yours. “Thank You!”. Now, let’s get to planning.

On the back of your Exchange Certificate, you should see a series of numbers and letters. You will use that combination of letters and numbers to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked, you will then be able to make your park reservations.

Once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, you will then need to stop at Guest Relations, outside of the parks, to swap your Exchange Certificate for a hard ticket. Don’t forget your military ID! A Cast Member will need your military ID and the Exchange Certificates to complete the swap.

Jorge, I hope this helps answer your question. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

    See ya real soon!
