Greetings, Heidi, and welcome to planDisney! The
California Resident Park Hopper Ticket Offer is such a great value. I love that you already purchased one for yourself! Now the countdown is on for magical memories and exciting adventures at the Happiest Place on Earth. Let's make sure you're all set for a smooth arrival.
I have good news for you, Heidi: When purchasing theme park tickets
online through the Disneyland website, you'll make your park reservations as part of the transaction. That means the three dates and starting parks you selected when choosing your ticket are the reservations now tied to it!
It's a good idea to double-check those reservations, though. Here are a few ways to do that:
If you aren't seeing your reservations, make sure your ticket is linked to the account you're signed in to.
Now, what happens if your plans change? I'd say "Hakuna Matata," because it's easy to modify a reservation! On the website, visit the "
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page, click the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button, and follow the prompts. In the app, tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Make a Park Reservation" and finally tap the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button. Locate the reservation you want to change and click or tap on the "Modify Reservation" link. Select your ticket and choose a new date and/or starting park. Make sure to press the "Confirm" button on the last screen.
I love that the California Resident offer is a
Park Hopper ticket. This gives you ultimate flexibility to experience all the Disneyland Resort has to offer. You’ll spend the morning at the park you reserved. Then, you can cross into the other park (or enter either park for the first time) after 11 a.m., as long as it hasn’t reached capacity (which is fairly rare in my experience).
I hope one of your visits falls between March 6 and April 27, 2026, since that's when you can experience the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Picture this: Amazing (and plentiful) menu items available to purchase, live music, bookable beverage education seminars, culinary demonstrations, and more will be found across the park. During this time, Soarin' Over California will also make a limited-time return. You won't want to miss it!
One more thing, Heidi: Please bring a government-issued photo ID the first time you use your ticket. It should list an address in an eligible ZIP code. Once a Cast Member verifies eligibility and takes a photo to tie to your ticket, you'll be ready to explore the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy. If you think of any other questions, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Kriss
